Service Description

Sunken or drifting pavers: The root cause for this common issue can vary, but it’s almost always due to natural erosion that occurs over time due to weather conditions, roots moving along the soil or other natural causes. If the pavers have been installed within the past year, sinking can occur due to poor installation if the the base was not compacted properly. In this case, we recommend the customer reach out to the original company to check if they provide a warranty on the installation. In some cases, pavers can also drift apart if the concrete edge has been damaged. Pavers bulging: When pavers are sticking up or “bulging”, it is typically due to tree roots that are growing underneath and pushing them up.
